Reservation & Cancellation Policy

$200 deposit is required when you make your reservation. If you cancel your trip within 60 days of its date, and we cannot rebook the date (with another party, or another date with you in the calendar year), the deposit is lost, if we can rebook your date, the deposit will be returned. If you cancel your trip within 10 days of its date, we expect full payment for the trip (consideration is taken for emergencies). If we rebook the guide trip (with another party for the same date), the deposit is your only payment. Deposits are not refundable or transferable. Bad weather is never fun to fish in, and can be hazardous! The guide service holds the right to cancel the trip,due to bad weather. 

* Just a note on guide gratuities: A gratuity (tip) is tradition in the fly fishing world. "A good ghillie gets a bump at the end of a good day fishing". The guidelines for the "bump" is between 15 to 20 percent or more per day. Remember a gratuity is for good service, not piles of fish
